Experience
I am currently teaching Year 5 in a private school in Bangkok for my 4th year as well as being a Subject Coordinator for Computing. During this time I have been tutoring privately helping to prepare two students for entrance exams into private boarding schools in England: - One student was accepted and is now studying in Oxford, England - One student was accepted and is now studying in Shrewsbury School in England. I have also been the tutor for two girls since they were in Year 6 and I continue to tutor them now that they are in Year 8 in a top-level International School in Bangkok. I also have experience in Thailand as a private tutor working with a 6 year old focusing on phonics, 3 G.C.S.E students studying language and literature and adults looking to improve their general level of English. I have taught Secondary English in Sweden for 3 years, helping prepare students aged 15-16 for National Tests in English at the end of their compulsory education. I was also the Head of English for the largest school in Sweden as well as the Valedictorian speech coach and IGCSE English Tutor.
