*Apologies, the website will not let me upload my photo* I am a qualified Early Years (EYFS) teacher born and raised in England, who specialises in teaching students from ages 3-5 years old. I currently work at an International Kindergarten in Bangkok. I keep classes student-centred to ensure that students are learning in a fun and playful way that interests them. I believe encouraging students to learn through language and problem-solving is essential for this age. My teaching style incorporates elements of the Montessori and Reggio Emelia teaching philosophies. As a Kindergarten homeroom teacher, I can teach a range of lessons from storytelling to maths. I am very familiar with teaching phonics (Jolly Phonics) and will always tailor my classes to suit the individual. I will provide all the necessary materials for each lesson including whiteboards, paint, phonics cards and other tactile materials. Just show up and have fun! * I also have experience teaching ESL to students in Hong Kong from the ages of 5-12 years-old. This includes reading and writing.*
